For Toast

  • Bread (loaf or white toasted bread) - 4 slices.
  • Cheese curd (Hochland cottage cheese cream cheese) - 70 g
  • Blueberries (frozen, any berry) - 4 tablespoon
  • Powdered sugar - 2 tablespoon

For the filling

  • Cream (10% or milk) - 100 ml
  • Chicken egg (С 0) - 2 units
  • Powdered sugar - 1 tablepoon

Extras

  • Butter (to coat the mold) - 20 g

For serving

  • Powdered sugar (to taste and to taste)

How to cook almost French toast step by step with photos


We'll need any kind of white bread. I used a sliced loaf. Everything we need for toast is ready. I use Hochland Cream Cheese. Blueberries don't have to be defrosted, they just need to be coated in powdered sugar. Spread slices of bread with cottage cheese. We need to take a mold of the right size for your bread. We coat it with butter and put 2 slices on the bottom.

Next, on the coated slices we put blueberries in powdered sugar. Repeat the layer. Make the filling. Crack 2 eggs. In a measuring cup I stirred the eggs with powdered sugar. I measured 150 ml. I added 10% cream to the 250 ml measure. Carefully pour the contents of the mold. You don't have to fill the toast from the top, you just have to fill it up to the middle of the top piece. Place in oven on t-180 C for 20 minutes. After 15 minutes pop in the oven. The bread will soak a little and the filling will stabilize.

The toasts are ready. Remove from the oven and serve for breakfast. If you wish you can sprinkle more powdered sugar on top.
