  • Apple - 7 pcs
  • Bun - 6 pcs
  • Egg white - 3 pcs
  • Sugar - 1/2 glass
  • Butter

How to cook apple "scallops" step by step with photos


Cut the buns in half, take out the crumb and smear a thin layer of butter

Peel the apples, grate them on a coarse grater and put them in the buns

Whip egg whites and sugar into a stiff foam and spread on top of apples. Bake until egg whites are lightly golden.
