I love butter. Pure and with different additives: sweet, salty, sour, smoky. And what colors you can achieve with additives! For example, green butter with fresh ramson, it's a fairy tale, isn't it?!
I present to you an amazingly delicious, deliciously fragrant, sunny orange butter. Again, only three ingredients. Elena Chekalova's masterpiece from her book "Eat!"

It's very simple: grate off the zest of the orange and squeeze out the juice.
