  • Butter - 180 g
  • apricots - 120 g
  • Orange (medium size) - 1 pc

How to cook apricot butter with orange flavor step by step with photos


Here they are, our three ingredients.

It's very simple: grate off the zest of the orange and squeeze out the juice.

Rinse dried apricots and finely chop them

We put it in a saucepan, pour the orange juice and put it on a small fire. Bring to a boil and immediately remove, cool.

Add orange zest and soft butter to the apricots, beat with a blender until smooth.

We pour the butter into the desired shape and cool it in the refrigerator
