Arabian chicken salad flatbread

A simple, hearty and tasty snack. Good for when you have guests on the doorstep. There are so many cafes in Egypt with stuffing readily available, from lettuce and mashed potatoes to falafil, fried eggplant, fouli, or mediterranean sausages, you can pick anything you want and it will fill an Arabian flatbread with it. I made the flatbreads with chicken breast fillets fried in cornmeal and ghee, with iceberg, tomatoes and green onions, and instead of salt, I used my favorite Kikkoman soy sauce. Help yourself to!
Ingredients for Arabian scones with chicken and lettuce:

How to cook Arabian flatbread with chicken and salad step by step with photos

Prepare the ingredients. I fried chicken breast fillets in cornmeal and melted butter. This chicken breast filet takes no more than 10 minutes. You can use boiled chicken or any ready-made meat. |

Wash and chop the green onions, iceberg lettuce and tomatoes. If desired, lightly heat the tortillas in the oven or in a dry frying pan. |

Cut the tortilla into two halves, open half of the tortilla and put some iceberg lettuce inside. Drizzle with soy sauce. I used Teriyaki Soy Sauce from Kikkoman. |

Put a piece of chicken breast on the iceberg, fill the remaining space with slices of tomato, iceberg, sprinkle with green onions and drizzle with soy sauce again. |

Fill all the flatbreads in this way. If you wish and are in the mood, as well as for unexpected guests, serve the flatbreads on a platter with iceberg and vegetables. Enjoy!! |
