Aromatic Mint Butter

So good to serve butter and mint! So refreshing! Your meal companion! Tender and fluffy! Minty, flavorful, delicious!
Ingredients for Butter Mint "aromatic":

Butter
(soft, room temperature)

Mint

10 sprigs.

Sugar

Salt
-
2 pinch.

Honey
-
1 teaspoon

Black pepper
-
1 pinch.

Lemon juice
-
2 tablespoon
How to cook butter mint "Aromatic" step by step with photos

Pour honey, salt and pepper in lemon juice. Stir to dissolve salt and honey. |

Grind mint leaves in a blender with sugar (this makes it easier to grind the mint). (You can use dried mint, but fresh is more flavorful) |

Mix the butter with the lemon juice, honey, pepper and salt |

Whisk until smooth. |

Add chopped mint. Continue whisking. |
|
Mint butter is ready. Serve for breakfast, lunch, or dinner on sandwiches, porridge, pasta. Store in refrigerator in a sealed jar.
If you want to serve this butter with grilled meat (e.g. beef, lamb) you can add garlic. |
