  • Butter (soft, room temperature) - 250 g
  • Mint - 10 sprigs.
  • Sugar
  • Salt - 2 pinch.
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1 pinch.
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoon

How to cook butter mint "Aromatic" step by step with photos


Products

Pour honey, salt and pepper in lemon juice. Stir to dissolve salt and honey.

Grind mint leaves in a blender with sugar (this makes it easier to grind the mint). (You can use dried mint, but fresh is more flavorful)

Mix the butter with the lemon juice, honey, pepper and salt

Whisk until smooth.

Add chopped mint. Continue whisking.

Mint butter is ready. Serve for breakfast, lunch, or dinner on sandwiches, porridge, pasta. Store in refrigerator in a sealed jar. If you want to serve this butter with grilled meat (e.g. beef, lamb) you can add garlic.
