Ingredients for sandwiches on bread:

  • Breads (rye, buckwheat) - 2 pack.
  • Cheese curd - 150 g
  • Pickled cucumber - 50 g
  • Hard cheese - 60 g
  • Sausages - 40 g
  • Cucumber (fresh) - 0,5 pc
  • Sweet pepper - 0.5 pc
  • Champignons (fried) - 30 g
  • Radish (small) - 4 pcs
  • Greens (dill, parsley) - 20 g
  • Feta - 20 g

How to cook sandwiches on bread step by step with photos

In this recipe I will use the ТМ "Agro-Alliance" Buckwheat and rye. The loaves should be cut in two parts.

Let's make the spread. Crush the pickles and squeeze out the excess moisture. Then mix them with cottage cheese.

Three kinds of cheese (feta and two kinds of hard cheese) to cut into small cubes.

Peppers and fresh cucumber are also finely diced, herbs are chopped.

I have mushrooms, roast mushrooms, finely chop radish and sausages.

I have all the toppings ready.

Spread a thin layer of the spread we prepared earlier on the bread.

And now let's get fancy and make snack sandwiches on the bread. Here's the cheese version.

Here's mushrooms, smoked sausage and greens.

The variant with cucumber, radish and bell pepper.

More delicious when you put two different toppings on the same bread.
