  • Bread (toasted) - 2 pcs
  • Olive oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Mozzarella (small balls) - 6 pcs
  • Avocado - 1/4 pc
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Tomato - 1 pc
  • Basil - to taste
  • Balsamic (Balsamic Sauce!) - 3 tablespoon

How to cook avocado toast, caprese style "caprese" step by step with photos


Take toasted bread. Slice diagonally to make triangles.

Grease a grill pan with olive oil and grill toast on both sides until golden.

Remove the avocado and peel it. Slice, drizzle with lemon juice and pepper.

Cut tomato into slices and halves. Cut mozzarella balls in half. Place avocado and mocarella on toast

Add tomato, season with salt. Sprinkle with chopped basil.
