  • Bread - 1 slice.
  • Avocado - 0.5 pcs
  • Hollandaise cheese (Hard like Oud or Jong belegen) - 1 slice.
  • Cashew nuts / Cashews - 0.25 handfuls.

How to cook avocado and cheese sandwich step by step with photos


Here are all the ingredients we need today.

Put a slice of bread in the toaster.

Place half of a ripe avocado on medium toast.

Carefully, so as not to crush the toast, spread the avocado in a layer of half a centimeter.

We cover it with cheese. If we have decided on Oud type cheese, we can skip this step.

If you want Jong belegen cheese, put it in the microwave for 10-15 seconds so the cheese melts just a little.
