  • Bread (slices (lean) ) - 6
  • Avocado - 1 pc
  • Lemon - 0.5 pc
  • Hazelnut (handful)
  • Soy sauce ("Kikkoman") - 0.5 tablespoon
  • Salt (grits)
  • Radish - 3 pcs
  • Dill (to serve)

How to cook avocado cream and radish sandwiches step by step with photos

Roast a handful of nuts in a pan or in the microwave. Wash and remove avocado, remove peel and pith. С 0.5 lemons and squeeze out 1 tablespoon of juice.

Place the avocado in the blender bowl, add the lemon zest, lemon juice, Kikkoman soy sauce, lightly salt. Puree until smooth and homogeneous.

Chop the nuts or grind in a mortar.
