  • Breads (rye "Generous") - 2 pcs
  • Avocados - 0,5 pc
  • Cream cheese (cream cheese) - 2 tablespoon
  • Pistachios (peeled) - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame - 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 pinch.
  • Black pepper - 1 pinch.
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

How to cook avocado bread with pistachio chips step by step with photos


Slice the avocado thinly and drizzle with lemon juice to prevent it from turning black.

For the aromatic crumble, peel the pistachios from their shells. Mix pistachios, sesame and coriander.

Using a pestle (or mortar), crush them to a coarse crumb.
