My introduction to avocados happened in my happy college days. I was curious, stupid and hungry, so when I saw this miracle in a store, I thought it was some unusually delicious fruit. I found a bench in a nearby park, wiped the avocado with a handkerchief and bit it off, along with the skin... Now I'm a big aunt who makes avocado salads like this one, but how I sometimes want to return that warm autumn day, the bench in the park in Odessa and me eating an unripe avocado with the skin... The recipe for this dish was posted on this site in 2010 by user ronit10 under the title "Avocado Salad" and illustrated by me as part of the "Coloring pages".

Ingredients for salad "avocado":


  • Avocado (ripe) - 2 pcs
  • Green onions - 2 pcs
  • Chicken egg (boiled) - 1 pc
  • Lemon (small) - 1 pc
  • Vegetable oil - 1-2 tablespoon
  • Salt (to taste)

How to cook salad "avocado" step by step with photos


The avocado must be very soft and ripe. Wash, cut open, remove pulp

Add chopped chives, lemon juice

... Chop hard boiled egg

Grind in a mortar or with any other handy device, gradually add vegetable (olive) oil. Season with a pinch of salt.

You can serve it with your family just like that. Don't forget the thinly sliced loaf.
