How to cook avocado sandwich step by step with photos


Avocados improve memory and reduce risk of cardiovascular disease. It contains almost no carbohydrates or sugar, and not a gram of cholesterol or unhealthy fats.

I use very soft fruit for this sandwich, so when you press it with your finger, it leaves a little indentation. If the avocado is hard, you have to wrap it in paper and put it in a cupboard. It takes 2 or 3 days to ripen.

Overripe avocados become oily. Cut it and spread it on the bread, like butter. And salt it to taste. I like to sprinkle it with a mixture of peppers. Eat it right away, otherwise it'll turn black.

If there's any avocado left cut up, it should be.. Wrap it in clingfilm and keep it in the refrigerator. If it does darken, sprinkle it with lemon juice.
