Bacon tomatoes on garlic bread

Simply and delicious! Can be made for breakfast and don't let the garlic bread scare you, there is no smell of garlic!
Ingredients for Tomatoes with Bacon on Garlic Bread:

How to cook tomatoes with bacon on garlic bread step by step with photos

Finely chop the peeled garlic (or use a press) and sauté in olive oil (3 Tbsp.l.) in a pan.
Add the slices of black bread, thinly sliced, to the garlic and brown them slightly on both sides.

Peel the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes.
Pour 1 tbsp.l. olive oil and put the tomatoes in the pan. Chop the peeled onion as finely as possible and add to the tomatoes. Sauté the mixture for 4 to 6 minutes.

Place tomatoes on the garlic croutons, season to taste.
Cut bacon into strips and put them on one side of the tomatoes, spread grated cheese on the other side. |
