  • Olive oil (2 tbsp.l. to grease the baking tray, the rest to soak the baguette) - 6 tablespoon
  • Garlic (medium) - 1 clove
  • Parsley - 1 bunch.
  • Seasoning (Provencal herbs) - 1 teaspoon

How to cook baked baguette "Provence" step by step with photos


We cut the baguette in slices, a little niskazki, then the slices will be larger, although you can also cut in rings, the width of the baguette, this is a matter of taste. The thickness of the slice is 2 cm.
