How to cook baked toasts with chicken and mushrooms step by step with photos
Cut the chicken filet and lightly fry, add the diced mushrooms, I had one large mushroom about half the size of the filet. When all is well-cooked set the pan sprinkle with flour, stir well, then put back on the stove and add milk and your favorite spices (I added salt, garlic, ground nutmeg). Stir constantly until our sauce thickens. |
Then grease a pan with butter and fry the bread slices on both sides, then put the prepared bread on a baking sheet. Turn on the oven to 200 degrees. |
Spread the stuffing on the bread, sprinkle the top with chopped greens and cheese, but you can not sprinkle with cheese, I just had to use up a small piece, it had been lying in the fridge for a long time. |
Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes to melt the cheese and let everything set.
Bon appetit!! |
