Ingredients for baked sandwiches:


  • Baton (8 slices)
  • Pickled cucumber - 50 g
  • Chicken egg (boiled) - 2 pcs
  • Hard cheese (Belebeyevsky "Bashkir honey") - 50 g
  • chicken breast (smoked, or ham) - 50 g
  • Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
  • Black olives (for decoration)

How to cook baked sandwiches step by step with photos


Cut circles out of the loaf.

Grate cucumbers on a fine grater.

Squeeze out the liquid.

Grate the eggs on a fine grater.

Mix the eggs and cucumbers. Dress with mayonnaise.

Slice the smoked chicken into thin slices.

Grate cheese on a fine grater (I used Belebey's "Bashkir honey").

Spread mass of eggs and cucumbers on the loaf.

Then put chicken slices.

Finish with cheese. Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Bake until the cheese melts.
