Total Servings: 3

Nutritional Value

I made these Baltic sprat sandwiches with spicy salt just for my husband, he really likes the taste, but he doesn't like to peel fish, and it's a real pleasure to fillet a sprat for me!

Spread slices of bread with soft butter.

Wash the dill, finely chop and spread over the slices of bread.

Cut the sprat into fillets: remove the upper fin, head, entrails, pull the backbone, remove all bones at once and divide the fish into two fillets. Place 6 fillets on each slice of bread.

Slice the cucumber into thin slices. Cut the bread slices in two halves, put two cucumber slices on each. The sandwiches can be chilled before serving. Enjoy!!
