Fry the slices of bread in 3 tablespoon of oil until golden brown. We vary the degree of frying to our taste. I fried them until they are slightly crispy. Finely chop the greens. Take the beans out of the jar. |
|
Grind beans with fork and greens. We can use a blender, it gives a more uniform consistency. Add a couple spoons of vegetable oil. Taste and season with salt and pepper. I did not add, so as not to interfere with the pleasant combination of beans and greens.
Rub the toasted bread with garlic. |
|
Serve our toasts with pickles.
Enjoy!! |
