Ingredients for bean, tuna and tomato sandwich:

  • Beans (white colorful "Black eye" TM "Mistral") - 100 g
  • Baguette (rye) - 1 pc
  • Tuna (chopped in salad oil) - 185 g
  • Tomato - 3 pcs
  • Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
  • Cilantro - 1 bunch.
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste

How to cook bean, tuna and tomato sandwich step by step with photos

I used beans for my bean sandwiches "black eye" white colorful TM "Mistral".

Beans"Black eye" do not need to soak. Place the rinsed beans in a pot of water at a ratio of 1:5, bring to a boil. Cook according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the baguette into slices.

Fry the baguette slices on a dry frying pan on both sides for 2 minutes each.

Prepare the sauce: mix the oil, garlic, half the chopped coriander and lemon juice. Season with salt .

Slice the tomatoes into thin slices.

Mix shredded tuna with boiled beans for salads.

Spread the sauce on the toasted slices of baguette.

Now arrange the sliced tomatoes.

Top with the white bean and tuna mixture. Garnish with the remaining coriander greens.
