Beet Mousse and Herring Croutons

Herring snacks are a big hit with us, and they're budget-friendly, so you can't go without them. I suggest you try these small (one bite) crispy croutons with spicy beet mousse and herring. Of course, first of all, men will like it, as it is a perfect snack for vodka, but probably there are also lovers of salty and spicy food among the fair sex!
Ingredients for croutons with beet mousse and herring:

Soy sauce

Bread

3 Slices.
How to Cook Beetroot Mousse and Herring Croutons step by step with photos

Cut circles out of the bread with a saucepan. |

Toast the bread with or without oil. To your liking. |
|
Place boiled beets, dill and garlic in the blender bowl. |
|
Add the soy sauce. I use a light soy sauce TM Kikkoman, it contains much less salt. |

Puree with a blender, adding cream little by little (you may need more or less, since beets are different sizes). The mass should be thick enough to hold its shape, not runny. More salt if necessary. |

Spread beet mousse on crispy croutons. |
|
Put a small piece of herring and a sprig of dill on top! |
