Recipe for Biker Veggie Sandwiches. They may have no meat in them, but they are hearty and tasty! Many people, when they try a burger for the first time, think it has chicken patty in it, and are surprised to find out it is vegetarian!

Ingredients for burgers:


  • Oat flakes - 0.5 glass
  • Onions (medium) - 1 pc
  • Carrots (large) - 1 pc
  • Hard cheese - 100-150 g
  • Cream cheese - 200 g
  • Tomato - 2-3 pcs
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs
  • Wheat flour / Flour
  • Greens
  • Baton
  • Spices (to taste)

How to cook biker burgers step by step with photos


Boil oatmeal in water.

Dice onions into small cubes. A little trick: If you have a very A lighted candle will keep the onions from making you shed a few tears.

Dice carrots finely.

Fry onion in any vegetable oil until golden brown.

The dough should be about right, but not too thick.

Using a spoon, shape the pastry into loaf-sized cakes on a preheated griddle. Fry on both sides until golden.

Spread melted cheese on the loaf. You can use hamburger rolls, or any other bakery products to your taste.

Put the cutlet you have prepared on top. The cutlets can be prepared ahead of time, left in the refrigerator, then simply warmed up in the microwave.

Then add a slice of tomato and some chopped greens. The greens can be coarsely chopped or you can just pinch off a few leaves and put them on the sandwich. Enjoy your sandwich!!!
