  • Breads (Generous thin rye)
  • Chicken Egg (boiled) - 3 units
  • Ham - 150 g
  • Lemon - 1 pc
  • Mayonnaise - 4 tablespoon
  • Cucumber (to serve) - 1 pc
  • lemon zest (to serve) - 1 pc

How to cook Bohemian egg pomazanka step by step with photos


Grate ham on coarse shredding board.

Roughly grate the eggs and beat them with a fork.

Place the eggs and ham in a bowl, season with salt, add the zest of 1 lemon and the juice of half a lemon. Fill with mayonnaise. The amount of mayonnaise depends on the thickness of mayonnaise, it should be thick.

For the pasta I chose bread "Generous thin Borodin breads".

The pasta should stand for at least 1 hour (I had it for 5 hours), so that the lemon flavor develops properly. If you try it right away, it tastes uninteresting, just sour. But after standing it becomes amazing! Spread the pasta thickly on bread, add cucumber slices and garnish with zest. Bon appétit!
