  • Salt (to taste)
  • Greens (to taste)
  • Garlic (to taste)
  • Potatoes - 3 pcs

How to cook breads for borscht step by step with photos


Grate potatoes on a coarse grater, squeeze out all the juice, add salt, pepper, chopped herbs and garlic to taste.

Using a fork put potatoes on a piece of bread and press them to bread.

On a hot pan with vegetable oil put the bread with the potatoes on the bottom and press down (but not too much). Fry the potatoes, making sure that they don't burn.

We fry the bread on both sides, it makes them crispy and even more delicious.

Serve with the borscht))
