Borscht rolls

A great addition to the borscht.
Ingredients for Borsch Bread:

Salt
(to taste)

Greens
(to taste)

Garlic

How to cook breads for borscht step by step with photos

Grate potatoes on a coarse grater, squeeze out all the juice, add salt, pepper, chopped herbs and garlic to taste. |

Using a fork put potatoes on a piece of bread and press them to bread. |
|
On a hot pan with vegetable oil put the bread with the potatoes on the bottom and press down (but not too much). Fry the potatoes, making sure that they don't burn. |
|
We fry the bread on both sides, it makes them crispy and even more delicious. |
