Ingredients for Nutritional Bread with Cheese Filling:

  • Chicken egg - 1 pc
  • Yogurt (kefir; as much as the dough will take)
  • Breadcrumbs (rye, ground, one third of the whole bread)
  • Cottage cheese - 100 g
  • Tomato - 2 pcs
  • Black olives - 6 pcs
  • Parsley - 1/3 bunch.
  • Leeks (to taste)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper (ground)
  • Hot red pepper (ground)
  • Cucumber - 0,5 pcs

How to cook bread scones with cottage cheese filling step by step with photos

Process stale bread in blender to small chips.

Add egg and kefir (yogurt),

Stir to mix until smooth and ready to roll.

Put parchment paper on baking tray and make 2 loaves.

Place in preheated oven at 190 degrees for 5 minutes. Make stuffing: pound parsley and leeks in a blender, finely chop 1/2 of a cucumber, cut olives into quarters, mix with cottage cheese, add black and red pepper, other spices - as desired, salt (I had salted cottage cheese).

Remove tortillas. Cut tomato into wedges and place on tortillas.

Put stuffing on top and press lightly. Put in oven for 7 minutes.
