  • Radish ( and some cucumber rings for decoration.) - 1 pc

How to cook breakfast sandwiches step by step with photos


Finely chop the herbs, dice small red bell peppers, chop the yolk of a boiled egg.

Cut herring fillets into small cubes

In a bowl mix egg yolk, pepper, herbs, cottage cheese and herring. Do not salt. Spread the mixture on bread, put cucumber and radish rings on top. These sandwiches are delicious for breakfast or a healthy snack.
