Ingredients for Broccoli Croutons:


  • Broccoli (frozen) - 5 units
  • Bread (slices) - 4 pcs
  • Chicken egg - 3 pcs
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • Sunflower oil (for frying)

How to cook broccoli croutons step by step with photos


Here are our ingredients.

Steam frozen broccoli until soft. I put it in the steamer for 40 minutes.

Purée the boiled broccoli with a blender.

Add 3 eggs, salt and pepper to the broccoli puree and whisk well.

Dip each slice of bread well in the mixture.

Fry our croutons in a frying pan with sunflower oil. Enjoy your dinner!!!
