Ingredients for bruschetta:


  • Bread (black) - 2 pcs
  • Tomato (large) - 1 pc
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper (ground)
  • Basil
  • Cilantro

How to cook bruschetta step by step with photos


Scald tomatoes with boiling water, pour cold water on them and peel them. Cut into small cubes. Peel garlic.

Toast the bread in a toaster or in the oven. Rub the bread slices with garlic while still hot, and sprinkle plenty of olive oil on top at once.

Spread the tomato slices on the bread, press them with a fork to make them close together. Salt and pepper it, sprinkle with chopped greens. Done! Here's a recipe I picked up a long time ago in "Lisa" I've always made bruschetta, I like it very much, but recently I found another recipe similar, but instead of black bread it uses white bread, the taste is very different, I will publish the recipe.
