  • Salmon (Salted) - 200 g
  • Beet (Small) - 1 pc
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Cheese curd - 100 g
  • Soy sauce (TM Kikkoman) - 1 tablepoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Baton - 1 pc
  • Vegetable oil (For frying the loaf slices) - 1 tablespoon

How to cook bruschetta with beet cream and salmon step by step with photos


Cut French bread into slices. You can use a cookie cutter and cut out the slices in the shape of little hearts.

Fry the slices of loaf in vegetable oil (1 Tbsp. A spoonful of oil in a pan until golden in color.

Boil the beets.

In a bowl, add the slices of boiled beets and garlic squeezed through a garlic press.

Puree the boiled beet with the garlic, add 1 tbsp. Spoon soy sauce TM Kikkoman.

Add cottage cheese (100g) to the beet puree

Knead the mixture well. We have got such a beautiful bright cream of beet.

Cut salmon into slices, put it in the shape of little roses on the fried slices of loaf, pour the beet cream on it, and decorate with the sprigs of parsley. Have a nice New Year's Eve at the holiday table!
