  • Shrimp (peeled) - 300 g
  • Baguette - 1 pc
  • Green peas (canned) - 1 jar.
  • Feta - 100 g
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Olive oil - 3 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon

How to cook pea and shrimp bruschetta step by step with photos


In a frying pan with olive oil (2 tablespoon), sauté one garlic clove, add shrimp and soy sauce and fry until golden.

Place canned peas in blender.

Add the feta, one garlic clove and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Grind until smooth. You can use an immersion blender.

Cut baguette into slices, brown them in a toaster. Spread chopped feta and peas on top, I used a pastry bag for this.

Spread shrimp on top.
