Ingredients for bruschetta with grilled cheese and salsa:

  • Baguette
  • Tomato - 1 pc
  • Cucumber (pickled gherkins) - 5 pcs
  • Onion - 1 pc
  • Avocado - 0.5 pc
  • Greens - to taste
  • Green peas - 1 tablespoon
  • Cheese curd (soft) - 1 tablespoon
  • Hard cheese (large) - 2 slices.

How to cook bruschetta with grilled cheese and salsa step by step with photos

Slice baguette lengthwise into portions (I have a healthy fitness baguette with various seeds, whole wheat, bran and carrots). Toast in a toaster oven.

In a bowl, chop small cubes - tomato, cucumber, onion.

Add chopped avocado, chopped greens, peas and cottage cheese.

Stir well, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Grease a skillet with oil, put the cheese, melt it on a high heat, and brown it. Once it has cooled a little, using a spatula, form the cheese into small rectangles and place on the toasts.

Top the cheese with the salsa, onion rings and greens and serve.
