Ingredients for bruschetta with grilled turkey and figs:

  • Bread - 2 slices.
  • Turkey (turkey breast steak TM INDILITE) - 150 g
  • Red onion - 0.5 pcs
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Tomato - 1 pc
  • Soft cheese (Fetax or feta cheese) - 100 g
  • Figs - 1 pc
  • Greens - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Spices - to taste

How to cook turkey and fig grilled bruschetta step by step with photos

For 2 bruschetta we need 1 turkey steak.

Slice steak thinner, baste to form strips.

Grill slices of bread and turkey on the grill over the coals. You can salt the meat as you wish.

Rub the bread with garlic on both sides, place the turkey on the bread, with thin half rings of onion on top.

Then add tomato slices, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Then add slices of soft salty cheese (Fetax) or white cheese.

Top with greens and spices.
