  • Baguette - 8 slices.
  • Seasoning (MAGGI® Serving for tender chicken breast) - 1 pc
  • Chicken fillet - 1/2 Piece
  • Sweet pepper - 2 units
  • Sesame - 1 tablespoon

How to cook chicken and pepper bruschetta step by step with photos

Slice a chicken fillet lengthways, line each piece with paper and fry on both sides in a dry frying pan on medium heat for 15 minutes.

In the meantime peel the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes. Fry on high heat for 5-6 minutes in a dry pan (with good non-stick coating), turning over!

At the same time we fry pieces of baguette (I fried it on a teaspoon of butter).

When ready slice fillet and pepper, add sesame (wasabi in my case), arrange on a baguette and serve warm.
