  • Pumpkin - 200 g
  • Bell pepper - 1 pc
  • Fetaki - 100 g
  • Bread - 4 slices.
  • Olive oil - 3 tablespoon
  • Salt
  • Seasoning (5 peppers, Italian herbs)

How to cook pumpkin and pepper bruschetta step by step with photos


Cut peppers and pumpkin into small cubes. Place in a glass dish, drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, season with salt, pepper and chopped herbs.

Bake the vegetables in the microwave on maximum power for 4-5 minutes. After 3 minutes, check for softness and stir.

Drizzle slices of bread with remaining butter and brown on a hot grill pan.
