Ingredients for bruschetta with roast beef and glazed eggplant:

  • Baguette - 4 units
  • Beef - 4 slices.
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Quail egg - 4 pcs
  • Salt
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

How to cook roast beef bruschetta with glazed steak step by step with photos

Slice beef thinly.


Pour soy sauce on it and let it stand for about 20 minutes. I use naturally brewed soy sauce from Kikkoman.

While we marinade the meat, let's slice the baguette. The pieces should be even, so when you put a raw egg the yolk will not roll away.

Dry in the oven or in a pan.

Fry the meat for 1 minute on each side with the oil.

Place slices of meat on slices of baguette.

Crack a quail egg on each one.

And gently place in a preheated 190 degrees oven for about 15 minutes. The eggs should set, but the yolk should be runny.

Serve! Enjoy!
