Ingredients for bruschetta with seafood and cream cheese:


  • Shrimp (large, Argentine) - 3 units
  • Crabmeat - 50 g
  • Avocado - 0,5 pc
  • Green onion - to taste
  • Cream cheese - 100 g
  • Garlic (small) - 1 clove
  • Baguette - 0,5 pcs
  • Soy sauce (Light TM Kikkoman) - 1 tablespoon

How to cook seafood bruschetta with cream cheese step by step with photos


Crabmeat (if you don't have real crab, pressed crab meat or crab sticks are fine!), cut into cubes. Dice avocado and chop onion in the same way.

Place everything on a plate, add garlic (with a garlic crusher) and cheese, stir and place in the fridge.

Peel and fry shrimp in soy sauce.

Fry until lightly crispy.

Slice a favorite baguette lengthwise.

Toast the baguette in a toaster or on a baking sheet.

Assemble appetizer - creamy mix on baguette, then shrimp. Serve chilled.
