Ingredients for bruschetta with spicy mussels:

  • Baton - 2 slices.
  • Cheese curd - 40 g
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Dill (chopped) - 1 tablespoon
  • Dried tomatoes - 40 g
  • Mussels - 40 g
  • Red onion - 30 g
  • Chili pepper (to taste)
  • Sauce-marinade (Teriyaki "Kikkoman") - 2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil (I used oil from sun-dried tomatoes) - 1 teaspoon

How to cook bruschetta with spicy mussels step by step with photos

Thaw the mussels, add the finely chopped red onion, crush the chili peppers (if dried) or chop them finely (if fresh), add the sauce "Teriyaki" "Kikkoman", Oil and let it marinate for half an hour. Adjust the number of peppers to taste - I added half a pod (5cm).

Mix the cottage cheese with the minced garlic and dill.

Slice the loaf (baguette) obliquely and brown in a dry pan.

Spread cottage cheese with dill and garlic on toasted baguette and arrange dried tomatoes.

Spread marinated mussels on top. This appetizer is great with a glass of wine - you instantly feel like spring has arrived!!!
