  • Baton (white) - 8 slices.
  • Butter - 25 g
  • Cheese cheese - 200 g
  • Sugar (2 tablespoons) - 50 g
  • Apple (80 g) - 1 pc
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc

How to cook buttermilk cheesecake step by step with photos


Slice the French bread into slices.

Brush each slice with butter.

Peel an apple and grate on a coarse grater.

Add apples, sugar and egg to the cottage cheese. Mix all well.
