Serves as a quick and delicious breakfast. Borrowed the recipe from "Tasty Blog Recipes". Sorry for the quality of photos, I did it on the run. I'm posting this because I was very pleased with the result: tasty and filling. The slices of loaf are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. And when cold, it looks even more like a cheesecake!
Ingredients for Buttermilk Cheesecake
- Baton (white) - 8 slices.
- Butter - 25 g
- Cheese cheese - 200 g
- Sugar (2 tablespoons) - 50 g
- Apple (80 g) - 1 pc
- Chicken egg - 1 pc

Slice the French bread into slices.
Brush each slice with butter.
Peel an apple and grate on a coarse grater.
Add apples, sugar and egg to the cottage cheese. Mix all well.
