  • Chicken fillet (chicken breast fillet) - 200 g

  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Peking cabbage (green part) - 120 g
  • Raisins - 1 tablespoon
  • Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoon
  • Cream - 30 ml
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Garlic (squeeze) - 1 clove
  • Sauce (Worcestershire) - 1 teaspoon
  • Parmesan (finely grated) - 2 tablespoon

How to cook bruschetta "caesar" step by step with photos


Rinse chicken fillet in water, dry and beat until about 1 cm thick. Soak raisins in hot water.

Take out the chicken tenderloin with the garlic and herbs, open it, place the fillet on one half of it and cover with the other half. Press down firmly with your hand.

Roast for 5 minutes on low heat under a lid on both sides.

Let cool and cut the fillet into small pieces.

Put mayonnaise, cream, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and black pepper in a blender, squeeze raisins out of water and put them in a blender - make sauce and adjust to taste.

Place the fillets in the sauce and stir.

Cut the rolls in two pieces and fry on a greased olive oil grill pan, or toast in the oven.

Very thinly slice the Peking cabbage - do not salt it!

Spread the cabbage on the bruschetta.

Spread chicken salad on the cabbage and sprinkle with Parmesan. Serve at once!
