Title:... I was just in the process of I thought this sandwich looked like a steering wheel )))) In general, I had to kill in the fridge what was about to go bad, and it came out very tasty even )))) Now I'm going to make these for breakfast!

Ingredients for sandwich "captain vrungel":

  • Puff pastry (cooked, I left one sheet, and then you decide how big it is ))))
  • Eggplant (I had a quarter left over so I used it)
  • Tomato - 1 pc
  • Greens (any according to taste)
  • Hard cheese - 70 g
  • Mustard (I should have added mustard, mayonnaise and ketchup in equal proportions, but I had only mustard and some HEINZ garlic sauce) - 20-30 g
  • Sausage (any) - 100 g
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc

How to cook sandwich "captain vrungel" step by step with photos

So... We divide a sheet of dough into four pieces... I just moved here a while ago, so I have to use whatever I can find to bend the edges of this little "pizza" I never figured it out, so I just pressed a glass jar with the bottom smaller than a square of dough into the very middle... A little dimple came out ;-) Cut the sausage in strips and put "sunshine", Pressing the border between the dimple and the edge :-)

Finely chop eggplant and sprinkle with whatever you like

Then put it in the middle

Chop tomato and put it on top


Make at our "helm" Cheese cap made of shavings ;-) Put whisked egg on edges of pastry...

Bake at 200° C for about 10 minutes and voila!! Go! Go for a swim!!! ;-)
