Caraway scones with smoked mackerel

Whole wheat flour tortillas with smoked mackerel will decorate your breakfast or holiday table and will not take much time to cook.

How to cook caraway cakes with smoked mackerel step by step with photos

Melt butter and mix with milk. Add eggs and beat beat up. Grate Dutch cheese on a coarse grater and add to the mixture.
Mix flour with baking powder, cumin and add to egg mixture. |

Place dough in a heated frying pan and fry in olive oil until golden brown. Let cool. |

Mix cream cheese and finely chopped dill. Carefully pound the bones out of the fish. |
|
Spread the tortillas with the cream cheese. Spread the mackerel on one of them and cover the other one with the cream cheese on top.
Decorate with lemon slice and dill. Red caviar is optional. |
