Caviar Butter

I would love to share with you a recipe that is the easiest one I have posted on "Cookbook". Everyone in our family loves caviar oil, but it's not always a good idea to buy it, and the prices from decent producers are a bit steep. I figured out how to replace it at home with natural products and still not have to buy expensive caviar. You won't believe it, the quinoa in this recipe acts as caviar. Its "bursting " The property is especially pronounced here, and it is this that gives the impression of "of the caviar".

You can use both lightly salted and pickled herring in this recipe. I had pickled herring in jars.
Take herring out of marinade and peel from pips. |
Cut herring into chunks and put into a blender bowl, add butter and ground black pepper. |
Process in blender until it becomes a creamy mass. |
It is better to boil the quinoa in advance. It is important that the kernels are not wet, and absorb all the water. (Follow the directions on the package. ) Add the quinoa to the butter and stir with a spoon. |
It is better to chill such butter immediately, just in a bowl or as I did, wrapping it in clingfilm or paper (baking paper) and keeping it in the freezer for a while. |
Take it out of the freezer and "♪ gettin' high ♪" With tea. |
"Caviar" ♪ butter, with bursting ♪ "♪ caviar" ready to go. |
