Ingredients for Hot Cheese and Tomato Sandwiches:


  • Wheat Flakes (TM "Mistral" - without the slide) - 1 tablespoon
  • Cheese cheese (packet - 9%) - 180 g
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Sweet-scented pepper (to taste)
  • Greens
  • Tomato (large ) - 1 pc
  • Hard cheese - 100 g
  • Bread (loaf) - 1 unit

How to cook hot cheese and tomato sandwiches step by step with photos


Measure out desired amount of flakes and

grind in a coffee grinder to flour.

Mix cottage cheese with egg.

Season with salt and pepper and mix to a smooth consistency.

Add diced tomato and chopped herbs,

Shredded flakes and grated cheese.

Stir.

Slice bread (loaf) and

spread stuffing. Bake in preheated 180 C oven for 5-8 minutes, depending on the capabilities of your oven.
