Ingredients for sandwiches "snack sandwiches" cheese and vegetables:


  • Baton (I had 10 slices) - 1 pc
  • Cheese cheese (180 g) - 1 package.
  • Chicken egg (1 for stuffing, 2 for filling) - 3 pcs
  • Cilantro (small bundle) - 1 bunch.
  • Soy sauce (from TM "Kikkoman" 2 teaspoons in the stuffing, 1 tablespoon in the filling)
  • Hard cheese - 10 slices.
  • Tomato (large) - 1 pc
  • Eggplant (small) - 1 pc
  • Spinach (small bunch) - 1

Wash and dry the spinach

Slice a loaf of bread, I had 10 slices

Cheese, egg and soy sauce from TM "Kikkoman" Mix with chopped coriander.

Spread the cottage cheese mixture on the loaf

Spread 2 spinach leaves on each slice

Arrange the eggplant slices on top of the spinach

Place sliced tomatoes on top of spinach

Arrange the cheese

Put the sandwiches in a baking dish

Whisk eggs with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Pour egg mixture over sandwiches, sprinkling egg mixture over each one. Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
