Ingredients for the stuffed chicken cutlets:

For the stuffing

  • Ground chicken (homemade or store-bought) - 250 g
  • Onion (small onion) - 1 pc
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (freshly ground to taste and to taste)

For sandwiches

  • Breads (TM Generous Buckwheat or Borodino or Rye, or....) - 12 pcs
  • Butter (for frying to taste, you can replace it with any vegetable oil you like)

In addition

  • Dill (optional)
  • Sweet pepper (optional)

How to cook stuffed chicken nuggets step by step with photos

Cooking Time Without Stuffing. You can either prepare the stuffing beforehand and let it mature, or buy it ready-made. I added chopped onion, salted and peppered to taste. For the sandwiches I will use buckwheat breads Generous TM.

Spread the stuffing on the loaves. The layer is about 1 cm so the stuffing quickly fried and cooked.

For frying I will use butter. It tastes better in butter. I will fry in a pan D-24 cm and melt the butter in it.

I can fit 3 sandwiches at a time. We fry the stuffing until it turns brown and ready, literally 2-3 minutes over medium heat. Enough stuffing for 12 sandwiches.

Serve immediately hot. I will complete the sandwiches with dill sprigs and bell bell pepper strips.

Made for breakfast. Cooled sandwiches are good too, if they stay!
