Cheese nuggets with champignons

A very tasty, filling and fast dish. A kind of hot sandwich.
If you don't have time to make breakfast or if you have unexpected guests on the doorstep, these wonder bites are just the thing to help the hostess out!
Ingredients for Cheese Corners with Mushrooms:

Parsley

1 bunch.

Champignons

150 g

Butter

4 tablespoon

Bread
(for toasts.)

How to cook Cheese Corners with Mushrooms step by step with photos

Wash the parsley and finely chop it. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, add the parsley, 2 tbsp.tablespoons oil.Mix well, pepper it lightly.
Cut mushrooms in small slices, stew them in 1 tbsp. Spoonfuls of butter and let cool slightly. Let cool slightly and mix into the cheese mixture. |

Slice the slices of toasted bread diagonally. Gently spread the cheese mixture on the bread. |

Fry in skillet in heated butter on both sides until golden brown.
Drain on the griddle, side first, with the cheese mixture on top. |

Decorate with fresh greens and serve. |
