Cheese sandwiches with sauce and chicken liver

Cooking liver is healthy and delicious. You can cook a lot of different dishes with it. I offer you sandwiches. But I put the liver slices on a cheese biscuit... biscuit. And a delicious thick sauce. You are invited to have a look at!

How to cook cheese sandwiches with sauce and chicken liver step by step with photos

Prepare base for sandwiches.
Beat egg yolks to a froth. Add flour, baking powder and cheese. Whip egg whites and salt separately until stiff. Gradually and gently add egg whites to the dough, kneading thoroughly. Bake for 25-30 min. at 180*.

Wash and peel chicken liver and cut it into small pieces. Scald in a colander with boiling water. Slice the onion into half rings. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. |

Pick the onion, put the liver slices in the frying pan. Fry until soft. Season liver with salt and pepper to taste. |

Prepare sauce. Chop chicken fillet with blender. In a bowl mix meat, sour cream, tomato sauce, cooled onion, salt, grated garlic clove, adjika. My adzhika was dry, so I put half a teaspoon of it. Do not add the meat all at once. You can use it to adjust the thickness of the sauce. |

Cut the cooled cupcake base lengthwise into 2-3 pieces. See for yourself according to the height of the cake. Cut the pieces in turn into rectangles (rhombi...) of your desired size. |

Spread the sauce on the base. Place the liver slices on top. Chop the greens and sprinkle over the sandwiches. |
