Cheese Tartlets

Spicy mini cheesy tartlets.
A good snack on any table.
Ingredients for Cheese Tartlets:

Baton
(sliced)

Hard cheese

Vegetable oil
How to cook cheese tartlets step by step with photos

Prepare all ingredients first.
I usually have "by eye".

Cut the French bread slices as usual, but not too thick. Then each slice is cut in half. Then we grate the cheese on a coarse grater into a bowl. In another bowl add mayonnaise, about 4-5 tbsp.l. Squeeze out 5-6 cloves of garlic - who likes how hot it is. |

Then we fry the sliced loaf on both sides in a pan with a minimum of vegetable oil.
As an option to simply fry the bread in a toaster (who has) - it's even tastier. |

Without letting the tartlets to cool you need to put a spoonful of garlic and mayonnaise mixture and immediately sprinkle it with cheese. Enjoy!! |
