Ingredients for Beer Cheese Croutons:


  • Baton - 1 pc
  • Egg yolk - 1 pc
  • Butter - 50 g
  • Soy sauce (Kikkoman) - 40 ml
  • Hard cheese - 150 g
  • Black pepper - 1/6 teaspoon
  • Greens - 1 bunch.
  • vegetable oil (for frying) - 100 ml
  • Cream (I took 33%) - 100 ml

How to cook cheese croutons for beer step by step with photos


Toast loaf.

Grate cheese on a grater. Pour just the right amount of Kikkoman soy sauce.

Melt butter in a pan, pour cheese, Kikkoman soy sauce and cream. Add the egg yolk and pepper. Melt until smooth.

Pour sauce over croutons and bake in oven at 180 C for 5 minutes.
