For the marinade of the breast

  • Chicken Breast - 250 g
  • Soy sauce (natural) - 50 ml

Vegetables

  • Zucchini - 100 g
  • Bell pepper - 0.25 pieces
  • Red onion - 1 pc
  • Olive oil (or sunflower) - 1 tablepoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • chili pepper (2 cm from the pod) - 1 pc

Optional

  • Breads (rye generous) - 6 units
  • Ketchup (tomato) - 6 tablespoon
  • Black pepper (freshly ground to taste)

How to cook chicken breast with al dente vegetables step by step with photos


I had a non-frozen fresh breast and marinated it in soy sauce for about 15 minutes before cooking. You can marinate it ahead of time. I cut the breast into flat slices the size of "for one bite". Pour olive oil in a sauté pan and put the sliced breast. Grill a little. I put onion in half rings. After a minute, put the vegetables in a saucepan: zucchini chopped in half slices; bell peppers in julienne; chili peppers finely chopped with seeds removed. Roasted for literally 3 to 5 minutes. We need al dente vegetables. Put in the finely minced garlic and took it off the heat. Let it sit for 5 minutes under a lid. Didn't salt it, soy sauce was good enough for me.

Spread tomato ketchup on breads and sandwiched slices of chicken and veggies on them.

The sandwiches are done. To serve, I peppered them with freshly ground black pepper.

This is a great snack to serve to guests.
