  • Seasoning (MAGGI® Servings for tender chicken breast) - 1 pc
  • Chicken fillet - 1/2 Piece
  • Baguette - 8 slice.
  • Pickled cucumber - 1 pc
  • Quail egg - 4 pcs
  • Greens

How to cook chicken bruschetta step by step with photos


Cut chicken fillet in half, wrap in seasoning sheet "MAGGI® Seasoning for tender chicken breast". Pan-fry on both sides over medium heat for 15 minutes.

After searing the filet, wrap it in foil and leave to cool in the refrigerator for a few hours. It's better to do it right before the party, then we just have to slice it and serve it, which will save a lot of time.

Pan fry the baguette (I used a little butter). Boil some quail eggs.

We assemble our bruschetta - a baguette, a slice of salted cucumber, a slice of chicken filet and a quail egg. Garnish with greens. When serving, you can drizzle everything with olive oil, I prefer unrefined sunflower oil.
